Please do not give out any personal information and end the call.

If you receive this notification but have not made any changes, then someone is trying to take control of your account. In this case, log in and change your password immediately, then check that your personal details, such as email or mobile number, have not been altered.
De Fake emails claiming to be from Transcash are circulating !
The emails inform you that [....] and invite you to connect to your account by clicking on a link in the email. Do not click on a link in an email to log in to your customer area.
To log in, please enter the address of the official website yourself https://www.transcash.fr then click on « My account ».
Scammers know how to simulate false e-mail addresses. To correspond securely with Transcash customer service, please use the "Contact us" section in your customer area rather than sending or replying to emails using your usual messaging system.

Never enter these secret codes on any so-called verification site, and certainly never at someone's request. Treat your secret codes like cash.
