False calls are circulating! The caller calls from a mobile number (starting with 06 or 07) or a masked number and pretends to be Transcash customer service.

Please do not give out any personal information and end the call.

  • Customer service will never call you from a mobile number or from a masked number.
  • The only official Customer Service number is 01 53 88 22 76.
  • Make sure that one of these two numbers is displayed when the caller claims to be calling on behalf of Transcash. If in doubt, hang up and call customer service yourself on 01 53 88 22 76.

HAMMING SITE ALERT

A fraudulent site using Transcash logos and color codes has been reported to us.: id-transcards(point)com The purpose of this site is to steal your login details and personal information so that you can use them to take control of your account. Our teams are doing everything in their power to shut this site down as quickly as possible. In the meantime, please be vigilant and make sure you only enter your login details in the official Transcash customer area: https://transcashmastercard.espace-personnel.fr

What you need to know

When any sensitive information on your account is changed, such as your password, mobile number or email, an SMS notification will be sent to alert you to the change.

If you receive this notification but have not made any changes, then someone is trying to take control of your account. In this case, log in and change your password immediately, then check that your personal details, such as email or mobile number, have not been altered.

The emails inform you that [....] and invite you to connect to your account by clicking on a link in the email. Do not click on a link in an email to log in to your customer area.

To log in, please enter the address of the official website yourself https://www.transcash.fr then click on « My account ».

A fraudulent site claiming to verify Transcash top ups has been reported to us: verifcoupons(point)com The purpose of this site is to steal your top-up codes and use them for you. Our teams are doing their utmost to have such website closed down as quickly as possible, by reporting it to the authorities and to the various Internet players (Google, Microsoft, etc.). We remind you that there is no website of verification for Transcash top ups. All sites, without exception, claiming to check the validity of a recharge code are fraudulent. Be vigilant and use your refill codes ONLY like indicates on your Transcah top up.
