We are pleased to announce that all services for your Transcash cards and Fyve wristbands will resume today at 7pm.
As soon as services restarts, you will be able to carry out all your usual transactions:
> Reload your black card using Transcash top ups (available from your tobacconist), bank cards and bank transfers.
> Pay at retailers and online retailers in France and abroad.
> Withdraw cash from ATMs in the Mastercard® global network.
> Transfer money between Transcash® cards
> Order new Transcash cards
> Make full use of your Fyve bracelet
Have you kept your Transcash top ups ? Then you can load them onto your black card or your Fyve bracelet.
Our partnership with our new issuer Paynovate SA will allow you to use your current Transcash cards without changing your habits.
Only our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) will change, with no impact on the use of your cards. These terms and conditions can be viewed here: view terms and conditions

Our customers are important to us, and to thank you for your patience and loyalty, we’re launching an exceptional operation in August.
To help with your back-to-school spending, we’re going to give away €150,000 in a draw to be held on 02 October 2023. Each winning household will receive €150.
Keep using your Transcash cards, as 1,000 households will have the pleasure of seeing their cards credited with €150 in October.

We are pleased to announce that all services for your Transcash cards and Fyve wristbands will resume on Friday 28th of July 2023 from 05:00. Transcash top ups will be available for purchase from Monday 24th of July from your tobacconist.

Your Transcash cards will soon be operational!
Dear customer,
We would like to inform you that your Transcash cards will be operational again in the next few days. The resumption date will be sent to you by text message or e-mail, and will appear 48 hours beforehand on your personal space and on the application.
Nothing will change in the use of your Transcash card. You will continue to use your current card for purchases, withdrawals and top-ups. All other services will also be operational.
Have you kept your top-up vouchers? You can now load them onto your Transcash card.
TRANSCASH has been with you for 14 years and we thank you for that.
Since 2009, Transcash has developed services and technical tools that are compatible with all types of card issuer. Any change of issuer (migration) requires multiple technical and security validations.
We have therefore done everything possible to ensure that this migration takes place under the best possible conditions, so that the new system will function optimally when you take over.

UPDATE
Good news at the start of this weekend.
We are aware of the difficulties you may encounter following the suspension of use of your Transcash cards, and we are working tirelessly to restore all services as quickly as possible.
Technically, this involves migrating our Payrnet UAB program to our new Paynovate SA issuer.
Despite the complexity of the tasks involved in this migration, we can assure you that we will do everything in our power to find a rapid solution in the best possible conditions. We’ve already had to manage a change of issuer in the past, and successfully completed it!
Until services are restored, your money is safe on your cards and we remind you that you can check the balance on your customer account or the mobile app.
