Yes, the black cardholder logs on to “My Account”, “My cards – Manage my cards”, then clicks on “PIN management and “Customize the PIN code” buttons for the red card. The PIN code chosen by the red cardholder is sent to the telephone number entered on the red card. Otherwise, it is sent to the black cardholder’s telephone number.
Please note that if one of your cards is lost or stolen, a new PIN code will be assigned to you once your card has been renewed. You will be able to personalize your PIN again once you have received your new card.
