You can request your PINs again at any time:

  • From your customer area or the Transcash Mastercard application under “My cards – Manage my cards” then “PIN management” and choose “View my PIN code” or “Receive my PIN by SMS*”.
  • By SMS*: to 06 78 01 66 25 from the cell phone used to activate your black card, following the example below:
    PIN [space] 6-digit secret code [space] Last 4 digits of your card
    Ex: If your secret code is 123456 and your card number is 5162 8122 0987 6543, I send PIN [space] 123456 [space] 6543
  • By contacting customer service by telephone on 01 53 88 22 76 (Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm excluding public holidays – Call not surcharged) or via the contact module accessible from your personal area (“Contact us” section).

The PIN reminder will cost you €1. The amount is deducted from the card balance (the balance of €1 must be available on your card to receive your PIN).
